In order to obtain a faster service, Action Pro encourages customers to obtain service from his/her original vendor. However, should customers have difficulty obtaining service, Action Pro is always willing to assist all customers to trouble shoot, repair or replace our defective product.
To expedite the process of returning parts or units, please fill in the form here or download a copy of RMA Customer Request and return to Action Pro by fax or email to RMA Department, After receiving an email or a fax from Action Pro with an issued RMA number, include a copy of this form inside the shipping box, write the RMA# and fill in all compulsory details in the form and ship it to Action Pro.
Attention : Warranty period may not reflect warranty extension bought at point of purchase or local resellers. Please contact point of warranty extension purchase for services during extended warranty coverage. This warranty information does not apply to OEM products.
